The parents booklet will, l hope, tell you something about Church of the Ascension Primary School, the children, staff and governors who make up the school community. This quiet and caring school enjoys a reputation for high standards and benefits from motivated, hardworking and experienced staff. There is also considerable interest and support from the parents, several of whom help in the classrooms.

A school has been situated here at the centre of the Village of Wall Heath since 1870 and our present building is the result of the joining of the old Infant and Middle School buildings. Recent extensive building improvements make this a modern well resourced building caters for pupils of ages ranging from 4 to 11 years. It is sited in pleasant grounds and is still the centre of the village and its life.

There are strong and helpful links with the local Church and at all times the school has a warm Christian environment, where we hope children will experience the love of God.
